As required by the MEF, Affidaty S.p.A was officially introduced in the special section for cryptocurrency providers and traders with code PSV57.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Being part of the registry means for Affidaty\u2019s customers and Synkrony users that they are operating within a system offering legal exchange and wallet services in Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affidaty S.p.A and the Synkrony system are in accordance with the provisions of the legislative decree and are now going to fully comply with all necessary controls so as to guarantee an ever more reliable and secure service to all its users.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 13 January 2022, The Ministero dell\u2019Economia e delle Finanze has set up rules concerning the obligation for cryptocurrency providers to register to an official registry established under the Organismo Agenti e Mediatori (OAM).
